Krem čorba od pečuraka / Creamy Mushroom Soup

Čorba od pečuraka

Sastojci:
  •      300gr pečuraka
  •      3-4 čena belog luka
  •      1/2 kašike sveže majčine dušice ili 1/4 suve
  •      2 lista lovora
  •      1 šolja supe*
  •      1 kašika brašna
  •      1/2 šolje slatke pavlake (nezaslađene)
  •      1/2 šolje mleka
  •      1 kašika ulja
  •      1 kašika maslaca
  •      so, biber, muskatni oraščić
Priprema:

Zagrejati ulje i maslac, dodati sitno seckan beli luk, seckane pečurke, majčinu dušicu i lovor. Pržiti da tečnost ispari. Dodati supu. Kad supa proključa, smanjiti vatru i kuvati još 10'. Pomešati jednu kašiku brašna i jednu kašiku vode, dodati u čorbu i kuvati da se zgusne. Posoliti, pobiberiti i dodati prstohvat muskatnog oraščića. Dodati mleko i slatku pavlaku. Kad čorba proključa, isključiti šporet.

*Ako volite ređu supu, dodajte malo više supe ili vode.

Creamy Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:
  • 300gr mushrooms
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh thyme or 1/4 tbsp dried
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 cup soup*
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt,pepper, ground nutmeg
Directions:
Heat the oil and butter, add the finely chopped garlic, chopped mushrooms, thyme and bay leaves. Cook until the liquid evaporates. Add the soup. Bring to a boil, lower the heat and cook for 10'. Mix the flour and one tablespoon of water, add to the soup and cook until it thickens. Add the salt, pepper and a pinch of ground nutmeg. Add the milk and cream. When the soup starts to boil, turn off the heat.

*If you like your soup a little bit thinner add some more soup or water.
