Rafaelo torta / Raffaello Cake

Potrebno za patišpanj:

  • 15 belanaca
  • 15 kašika šećera
  • 9 kašika brašna
  • 3 kašike mlevenih oraha
  • 3 kašičice praška za pecivo
za filove:
  • 10 žumanaca
  • 15 kašika šećera
  • 5 kašike brašna
  • 1/2 litre mleka
  • 250gr maslaca ili margarina
  • 100gr čokolade za kuvanje
  • 100gr pečenih mlevenih oraha
  • 150gr kokosa
i još:
  • kokos za posipanje
Priprema:
Zagrejati rernu na 180C. Dno pleha prečnika 26cm obložiti papirom za pečenje.
Umutiti 5 belanca da budu penasta, pa dodati 5 kašika šećera i umutiti u čvrst sneg. A zatim dodati 1 kašiku vrele vode, 3 kašike brašna, 1 kašiku mlevenih oraha i 1 kašičicu praška za pecivo. Sve sjediniti i sipati u pleh. Peći oko 20'. Ponoviti još dva puta da dobijete ukupno 3 kore.
Za fil, umutiti žumanca i šećer, dodati brašno i mleko, sve umutiti da nema grudvica,pa skuvati na laganoj vatri da se zgusne. Ohladiti, pa u fil dodati umućen maslac. Podeliti na jednu i dve trećine. U manji deo dodati kokos, a u veći 100gr istopljene čokolade i orahe.
Postupak ređanja je sledeći: kora, braon fil, beo fil,kora...Celu tortu premazati čokoladnim  filom i posuti kokosom.

Ingredients for the cake layers:
  • 15 egg whites
  • 15 tbsp flour
  • 9 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp ground walnuts
  • 3 tsp baking powder
for the fillings:
  • 10 egg yolks
  • 15 tbsp sugar
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 liter milk
  • 250gr butter or margarine
  • 100gr cooking chocolate
  • 100gr toasted ground walnuts
  • 150gr coconut flakes
and :
  • coconut for decoration
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180C. Line a bottom of 26cm round baking pan with parchment paper.
Whisk the 5 egg whites until foamy, add the 5 tbsp of sugar and whisk until stiff peaks form. Then add 1 tbsp of hot water, 3 tbsp of flour, 1 tbsp of walnuts and 1 tsp of baking powder. Combine it all and pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 20'. Repeat two more times to get 3 cake layers.
For the filling, whisk the egg yolks and sugar, add the flour and milk and whisk until there are no more lumps. Cook over the lower heat until it thickens. Cool and then combine with the whisked butter. Divide the filling in one and two thirds. In the smaller part add the coconut and in the other part add the melted chocolate and walnuts.
Arrange the cake like this: first the cake layer, then the chocolate filling, then the coconut filling, cake layer... Spread the chocolate filling all over the cake and decorate with coconut.
