Slani krekeri / Salty Crackers

Slani krekeri

Potrebno:

  • 200gr brašna (ja sam koristila mešavinu belog, raženog i heljdinog)
  • 1 kašika šećera
  • 1 kašičica praška za pecivo
  • 1/2 kašičice sode
  • 1/2 kašičice soli
  • 60gr omekšalog maslaca
  • 120ml jogurta
  • 3 kašike susama
i još:
  • 1 belance
za posip
  • 1/2 kašike crnog luka u prahu
  • 1/2 kašičice maka
  • 1/4 kašičice soli
  • 1/4 kašičice belog luka u prahu
  • 1/4 kašičice suvog vlašca i /ili provansalske mešavine začina
Priprema:
Zagrejete rernu na 190C. Veliki pleh obložite papirom za pečenje.
Pomešajte brašno, šećer, prašak za pecivo, sodu i so. Dodajte maslac, pa ga utrljajte u brašno. Dodajte jogurt i susam i umesite testo. Razvucite ga na pobrašnjenoj površini debljine par mm. Secite oblike po želji i poređajte ih na pleh. Umutite belance sa kašičicom vode, pa premazati krekere. Pomešajte sve sastojke za posip i pospite po krekerima. Pecite ih oko 10'. Služiti uz krem sir ili neki dip, namaz...

Salty Crackers

Ingredients:
  • 200gr flour ( in my case, mix of plain, rye and buckwheat)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 60gr softened butter
  • 120ml yogurt
  • 3 tbsp sesame seed
and :
  • an egg white
for the spice mix:
  • 1/2 tbsp dried onion
  • 1/2 tsp poppy seed
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried chives and / or herbs de provence
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 190C. Line a big baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Rub the butter in the flour. Then add the yogurt and sesame seeds. Knead the dough. Roll the dough on the floured surface to 2mm thickness. Cut it into desired shapes and arrange in the pan. Whisk the egg white with one teaspoon of water and brush the crackers. Combine all the ingredients for the spice mix and sprinkle the crackers. Bake for 10'. Serve with cream cheese or any kind of dip or spread...
